The North Dakota Department of Commerce Division of Community Services (NDDCS) is announcing upcoming office hours with State CDBG Personnel.  These sessions can be joined at any time during the allotted timeframes for open questions regarding the FY2025 open funding round such as eligibility, specific questions on the pre-application, etc.

The North Dakota Department of Commerce Division of Community Services (NDDCS) is announcing the opening of a pre-application period for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY2025 beginning May 30, 2025, through July 25, 2025. Pre-applications must be received by 5pm central time on July 25, 2025, to be considered for funding.

Pre-applications will be reviewed based on the scoring criteria outlined in the 2025 CDBG Program Distribution Statement (PDS).

The pre-application and 2025 CDBG PDS will be available May 30, 2025 at https://www.commerce.nd.gov/community-services/community-development/community-development-block-grant-cdbg
