DCS's goal is to provide the people of North Dakota with effective, efficient and customer oriented administration of federal and state programs for: community development, energy efficiency, housing and self sufficiency. All of our programs and services are geared to improving the quality of life for the citizens of North Dakota and to making the State a great place in which to live, work and be in business.
