The HOME program, through the local CAAs, provides the Tenant Based Rental Assistance Security Deposit program. This program assists low income families with up to one months rent for a security deposit. These funds are used in emergency situations to prevent homelessness or to assist persons in transitional housing secure permanent rental housing.
